Hp Envy 13 Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict The HP Envy 13 gets a lot of things right. The design, the trackpad, the performance and the screen are all very good. Using this laptop is a real delight in most respects, its physical portability is fantastic and it has clearly been designed with a sensible budget in mind. It’s a good buy. There are a few issues, though. Unless use is very light, battery life is disappointing and the build quality is slightly less impressive than it at first appears – there’s some flex to the body, making it a bit less luxurious than you might expect looking at photos....

Hp Unveils Brand New Envy 14 With Colour

HP has unveiled today at CES 2021 the newest laptop in the HP Envy line, the HP Envy 14, geared as an all-rounder laptop for creatives. The device boasts a very similar exterior design to the latest HP Envy 13 , with a silver slim finish. The 14in screen features a 16:10 (1920 x 1200) IPS touch display. That 16:10 aspect ratio follows in the footsteps of the 2020 Dell XPS 13 , allowing for an 11% greater viewing area than a standard 16:9 laptop of the same size due to its taller screen....

Htc One X9 Review

At a Glance Our Verdict Although there’s a lot to like about the HTC One X9, it’s not the flagship phone we were hoping for. It’s a sort of mash up of a few different previous phone from the company. A larger phone with some decent specs will appeal to some but we’re holding out for the One M10. Best Prices Today: HTC One X9 The One X9 was originally launched in Asia back in December but at MWC, HTC has announced a global version of the smartphone so here’s what we think after taking a closer look....

I Reviewed Every Ultra

I tested three ultra-slim phones in 2025. They were all a bit rubbish. Okay, that might sound harsh, but the iPhone Air , Galaxy S25 Edge and Motorola Edge 70 are all flawed to the extent that most people should avoid them. Where Apple and Samsung’s models were concerned, you’d be paying a premium for a sub-par experience. While Honor has just launched the Magic 8 Pro Air in China, it appears to be an outlier....

Imation Link Power Drive Review: Add Storage & Battery Life To Iphone

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict It might be on the pricey side for a plastic power bank, but we can’t ignore how incredibly useful is this Imation Link Power Drive. Not only does it provide a full charge for your iPhone, but it offers extra storage that is otherwise achievable only through the cloud or by buying a more expensive wireless hard drive or a new iPhone with more storage out of the box....

Inateck 13In Macbook Pro Retina Ultrabook Case Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict We like the simple neutral design of this case which fits the MacBook perfectly and comes with an extra pouch and handy pockets. At under £15, it is a great buy – even if you’ll need to buy a new one in a year’s time when the felt starts to wear thin. Innocent Unplugged 2016 Festival Has ‘Weekend Off The Grid’

Although networks like EE are going all out to provide mobile connectivity for thousands of festival goers at Glastonbury, Innocent Smoothies is deliberately doing the exact opposite. Here’s why Innocent Unplugged is the anti-tech festival on the calendar. You’re probably a little confused as to why a drinks company is putting on a festival anyway but Innocent Unplugged is now in its second year after debuting in 2015. Held in a ‘secret’ location in Kent, the festival aims to give attendees a break from the tech which we so easily find ourselves glued to day after day....

Ipad Pro 10.5 (2017) Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict Although it’s been replaced with two 2018 models, the iPad Pro 10.5 hasn’t been discontinued, although doesn’t get the usual price cut. This is good news if you can’t afford the new ones, as stunning as they may be, and there’s no doubt that this is still an excellent tablet. Just note that it’s not compatible with the new Apple Pencil. Best Prices Today: 10....

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict The iPad Pro 12.9 from 2017 might still make a decent purchase if you can find stock online, especially if it’s at a reduced price.. Just bear in mind that this older model isn’t compatible with the new Apple Pencil or Smart Keyboard. Best Prices Today: iPad Pro 12.9in Apple invented the tablet market with the iPad in 2010. Iphone 14 Pro: Everything You Need To Know

Apple’s new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have a new screen design that does away with the familiar notch in favour of a pill-shaped and circular cut-out in the screen that houses the sensor array for Face ID and cameras, with the proximity sensor now behind the display. The phones fill in the gap between the two with black pixels. Apple calls this created long pill shape the Dynamic Island, which will appear to expand and retract depending on what you’re doing on the phone, from music playback, to using Face ID, to making payments....

Iphone Xs Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict The iPhone XS is the sweet spot in the 2018 iPhone line-up. As with the X, you get a big, bright, 3D Touch-equipped OLED screen within a superbly portable chassis – it’s big but not too big – and a dual camera; you can now add a small speed bump, better future-proofing and a far smarter camera setup – we love being able to adjust the bokeh effect of Portrait Mode shots afterwards, and camera performance is demonstrably better under various types of difficult lighting....

Irobot Roomba 980 Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict Between seriously powerful suction, a HEPA filter, and the two-hour battery this is one of the best robot vacuums around for sheer cleaning – except in the corners where the round design won’t reach. The problem is simply that it’s lagging behind slightly in smart features, while simultaneously omitting many of the manual controls that other brands continue to offer. Oh, that and the fact that it sounds a bit like a jet engine taking off....

It’S Pixel 4 Launch Day And I Couldn’T Be Less Excited

I really am not that excited for the launch of the Pixel 4. This could be because I already know exactly what to expect, but it could also be because Google is fighting an uphill battle. They will have 90Hz displays, no notches, no headphone jacks, an extra camera on the back and a new-fangled face unlock and motion sensing system....

Jbl Link View Review

At a Glance Expert’s Rating Our Verdict If you want a smart display with the best sounding audio then the JBL Link View is the one for you. It’s almost too loud, in fact, but that’s maybe a good problem to have. You also get a camera for video calls. Google’s software still needs some work, but that’s the case on rival smart displays with the firm’s Assistant. The main issue is whether you’re happy to pay more than rival smart displays....
