It’s a great time buy some new headphones. Here, we bring you top tips and the best deals we’ve seen on headphones so that you get the best sound this year. We’ve found the biggest discounts on Sony, Beats, Bose and more
We’d recommend looking for a good deal on more expensive headphones, rather than buying a pair that’s cheap all year round. Not only is the build quality likely to be quite poor on headphones with an RRP of £30 or less, but they’ll also offer a bad audio experience that we’re sure you’ll want to avoid. There are still some decent cheap pairs from the likes of Sony and Philips though.
There are thousands of headphones deals out there and only more to follow when the sales seasons fully hit, so it can be tricky to know which are true bargains and which are worth buying. Here, we bring you our pick of the best ones to save you the trouble.

Headphones can cost anywhere from £5 to £500+ depending on your needs and budget. Whatever you’re listening to is the same but spending a bit more can drastically improve the comfort and quality of your listening experience.
Whether on-ear, in-ear or over-ear, there are some great audio bargains to be had. Though remember that headphones are discounted all year, so make sure you don’t buy just for the sake of it.
Make sure you do a bit of research and pick out what you’d like to save money on, particularly with Beats; there are so many different models that what looks like a good deal could be a lower priced item with not much money off its normal, lower RRP.
