Galaxy S25
The Galaxy S25 continues the tradition of offering a flagship experience in a more compact form.
Featuring a 6.2-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a peak brightness of 2600 nits, it’s powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and offers 12GB of RAM.

The phone packs a 50Mp main camera, a 12Mp ultrawide lens, and a 10Mp 3x telephoto sensor. Alongside a 4000mAh battery, it supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging.
Starting at £799/$799.99, the Galaxy S25 is a compact entry-level device in Samsung’s ecosystem.
Galaxy S25+
For those who prefer a larger display, the Galaxy S25+ offers a 6.7-inch QHD+ screen with the same impressive AMOLED technology.
It also benefits from the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and maintains the 12GB of RAM across all variants.

While the phone features the same camera system as its smaller counterpart, its battery gets a boost to 4900mAh, and it supports faster 45W wired charging.
With prices starting at £999 / $999.99 , the Galaxy S25+ promises a premium experience at a mid-tier flagship price point.
Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the pinnacle of this year’s lineup. Featuring a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, it boasts a slimmer design and enhanced titanium construction.
The Ultra model includes a groundbreaking camera system with a 200Mp main sensor, a 50Mp ultrawide lens with macro capabilities, and a 10Mp telephoto lens.

Prices for the Ultra start at £1,249 / $1,299.99 , and it’s available in an array of sophisticated titanium finishes.
Galaxy S25 Edge
While not confirmed, it’s highly likely that the Galaxy S25 Edge that Samsung teased was the widely rumoured ‘Slim’ model.
Aside from showing it off in a first look at the San Jose event, the company hasn’t revealed any specific details about the phone.

However, leaks and rumours paint a clearer picture, suggesting the Edge will be just 6.4mm thick and offer a display between 6.7- and 6.8 inches.
It’s expected to match the S25 Ultra with 200Mp main rear, 50Mp ultrawide and 12Mp selfie cameras, though the 50Mp ultrawide will supposedly be downgraded from 5x to 3.5x optical zoom. Most of the other specs are expected to remain the same, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, but battery capacity remains a mystery.
The phone is rumoured to launch in April and be priced somewhere between the S25+ and S25 Ultra.
Project Moohan
Samsung also teased its new XR (Extended Reality) headset, codenamed Project Moohan . Developed in partnership with Google and Qualcomm, the device leverages the bespoke Android XR operating system to integrate seamlessly with the Galaxy ecosystem.
The sleek headset combines advanced AI-driven interactions with a lightweight design and promises revolutionary capabilities in gaming, education, and entertainment.
Although initially planned for release to developers, a consumer release is expected at an as-yet-unspecified date.
