In addition to this news of certification, the Honor Magic 8 Ultra’s latest appearance has confirmed a couple of important components.

It seems it’ll be shipping with 120W wired charging support, at least in China. Also, the tipster confirms that the phone will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip – the same chip that runs the OnePlus 15 .

Satellite connectivity will also be part of package with the Ultra.

Of course, the key differentiator between the Ultra and the rest of the range is likely to be the camera. In this case, we learn that the Honor Magic 8 Ultra will pack a 50Mp 1/1.3‑inch OmniVision OV50R LOFIC ultra-large sensor main camera, which is said to boast outstanding HDR capabilities.

Previous spec leaks point to a 6.71-inch 1.5K LTPO quad-curved display, 3D facial recognition, and a huge battery exceeding 7,000mAh in size.
