We’re now in full swing of awards season, and music fans will be pleased to hear that The Brits is nearly here – known for its iconic numbers and awkward moments alike. This year, there’ll be performances from the likes of Sam Fender, JADE and Sabrina Carpenter, so it’s set to be a night to remember.

Here’s everything you need to know about The Brits 2025 including the TV channel, performers and nominees. We also have all the information you need to watch the awards show from outside the UK.

When are The Brit Awards 2025?

The Brit Awards will take place on Saturday 1 March , 8pm GMT at The O2 in London.

If you’re based in the UK capital (or are prepared to travel down), then tickets for the event are on sale now .

Which channel is The Brit Awards 2025 on?

In the UK, The Brit Awards will be shown on ITV1, and coverage will last for around two and a half hours.

Red carpet coverage will be live-streamed on YouTube , TikTok , Twitter and Facebook for anyone outside of the UK.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that any international channels will be airing the main show. However, if you’re not in the UK and still want to tune in, there is a way.

How to watch The Brit Awards 2025 abroad

Select performances will be available to watch on YouTube after the show is over, but you’d like to watch the entire ceremony in its televised format, then you can do so via the ITV catchup service. If you’re in the UK, then watching ITV1 online via various devices is pretty easy. Just use ITVX .

Here are the exact steps you need to take:

  • Time to complete: 5 minutes

Many VPNs have numerous servers to choose from, so if one doesn’t work you can try another.

Launch ITVX

Go to the ITVX website or app on the same device – it should treat you as if you were in the UK.

If for some reason it doesn’t work, try switching to a different UK server on your VPN – streaming platforms like ITVX try to block known VPN IP addresses, so you might need to try a couple of different servers before you find one that works.

It’s also worth noting that if you have an ad blocker on, ITVX might block that – and since some VPNs have built-in ad-blocking, you might need to turn off that part of the software.
