OnePlus has today expanded its European product range with the introduction of the Pad Go tablet.
And if you’re looking for your next Android tablet , the Pad Go is a real contender.
One of its best features is the high resolution display. The Pad Go boasts a large 11.35-inch screen with a 2.4K resolution (2408 x 1720 pixels). This is an LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, plus an advertised typical brightness of up to 400 nits.
Another key selling point is the slick OxygenOS 13.2 software, which is based on Android 14 but includes plenty of ecosystem features for seamless integration with OnePlus phones .
‘Content Sync’ allows sharing of clipboards and photos between devices, while ‘Cellular Data Sharing’ on non-LTE provides a more reliable and efficient connection method than traditional hotspots.

Under the hood, the Pad Go is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Users have up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, though there’s no support for Micro-SD expansion.
The Pad Go is equipped with an 8,000mAh battery that promises to power through long days of use. When it’s time to recharge, the device supports 33W SUPERVOOC charging for quick power top-ups.
The rear of the Pad Go features an 8Mp camera for capturing everyday moments and videos. The front-facing camera, also 8Mp, should be plenty good enough for selfies and video calls.

The Pad Go offers Wi-Fi 5 connectivity for internet access and Bluetooth 5.2 for connecting to wireless headphones and speakers. The device also includes a USB Type-C port for both charging and data transfer.
Considering everything you’re getting here, the £299/€329 starting price seems very reasonable. The Pad Go is on sale now from the OnePlus website , where buyers in Europe can get up to €60 off straight away.
It’s essentially a more affordable version of the £449/$499 OnePlus Pad , but unlike that device, there’s no word on a potential US launch.
It’s slightly too expensive to be considered a budget tablet , but could the Pad Go be one of the best tablets around? Only time will tell.
