- Oppo Find X9 series teased
- Sleek design compared to iPhone
- Seamless compatibility with Apple family
The Oppo Find X9 smartphone range’s design and specs have been teased, with confirmation of huge batteries and an iPhone-rivalling design.
As highlighted by this Weibo post , Oppo Product Manager Zhou Yibao has teased the design of the forthcoming Find X9 series, highlighting its minimal screen bezels by holding the phone alongside an iPhone.
The fact that this teaser was apparently conducted during the iPhone 17 launch speaks volumes about Oppo’s intentions.
Oppo has apparently been able to offer “The narrowest physical four equal sides” (via machine translation), indicating just how thin those bezels are.

It’s also mentioned that the Oppo Find X9 will pack a huge 7,025mAh battery, while the Oppo Find X9 Pro will supply an even bigger 7,500mAh cell.
It seems Oppo has significantly improved the video recording capabilities of its new phones, while ColorOS 16 will allow you to stay “seamlessly connected to the entire Apple family”.
That isn’t a translation error. One of the images provided shows the Oppo Find X9 hooking up to a pair of AirPods, complete with full visual accompaniment.
Both phones will feature flat displays, which could amount to a 6.59-inch unit in the Oppo Find X9 and a 6.78-inch screen in the Pro.
Previous rumours have asserted that both Oppo flagship phones will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which should offer high-end performance up there with Qualcomm’s finest.
We’re also expecting a triple 50MP camera offering in the baseline Find X9, with the tantalising possibility of a four camera set-up including a 200MP sensor on the Pro. Watch out, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra .
Given the quality of the Oppo Find X8 range, we’re looking forward to seeing what the company has in store for the follow-up.
